Is my bank data safe?
Yes. Bica uses regulated Open Banking (PSD2) with 256-bit encryption. We only get read-only access — we can never move money or make payments on your behalf. Your credentials are never stored by us.
Which banks are supported?
We support over 2,500 banks across 30+ European countries through our Open Banking provider. Major banks like Revolut, N26, Wise, Monzo, Millennium BCP, Caixa Geral, and many more are all supported.
How does the AI categorization work?
Bica first identifies the real merchant behind each cryptic bank description, then files the transaction into the right category based on the merchant, description, and your own rules. Enable autopilot and it does all of this without you lifting a finger.
Is Bica a chatbot?
No. Bica's AI is an automated pipeline that syncs your accounts, identifies merchants, and categorizes transactions in the background. There's nothing to prompt and nothing to configure — it just works while you're away.
What does Bica actually keep track of?
Your whole financial picture: bank accounts across 2,500+ European banks, Portuguese savings certificates via Aforronet, plus assets and loans you add by hand — property, vehicles, investments, mortgages. It detects your subscriptions, pairs transfers between your own accounts, and tracks your net worth over time.
How do I get started?

You can cancel anytime, from the billing portal in your settings. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems. We don't sell or share your data with third parties — ever.
