Is my bank data safe?
Yes. Bica uses regulated Open Banking (PSD2) with 256-bit encryption. We only get read-only access — we can never move money or make payments on your behalf. Your credentials are never stored by us.
Which banks are supported?
We support over 2,500 banks across 30+ European countries through our Open Banking provider. Major banks like Revolut, N26, Wise, Monzo, Millennium BCP, Caixa Geral, and many more are all supported.
How does the AI categorization work?
Our AI engine automatically classifies each transaction based on the merchant, description, and spending patterns. The more you use Bica, the smarter it gets. You can also enable auto-pilot to categorize everything without lifting a finger.
How do I join the closed beta?
There are only 20 founding memberships available. You can grab one through our Buy Me a Coffee page. Once you're a member, you get immediate access to the full Bica app — connect your banks, AI categorization, insights, everything.
What do founding members get?

Can I connect multiple bank accounts?
Absolutely. You can connect as many bank accounts as you need — checking, savings, across multiple banks and countries. Everything shows up in one unified dashboard.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems. We don't sell or share your data with third parties — ever.
What if all 20 spots are taken?
If all spots are filled, you can join our waitlist and we'll notify you the moment a new spot opens up. Waitlist members get priority access over new visitors.
